About

Rooftop Pictures started as a silly inside joke: an unthinkable dream shared by two 12-year-olds sitting on a roof at sunset, calling out to the sky that one day they'd have a production company. Many sunsets later, Rooftop Pictures is a production studio working across Live-Action, Animation, In-Game Capture and Gen AI. We bring 20 years of experience in film and television, with deep roots in VFX, immersive experiences and live-action production. We are a creative technology company, but craft is king; tools only get you so far. Our craft is cinema, and our creative decisions stem from understanding the visual language that makes a story compelling, larger than life, and meaningful to people. Today, Rooftop is expanding into UEFN, emerging social platforms and new virtual worlds, bringing cinematic storytelling wherever audiences gather next and wherever technology empowers better experiences.
